RECOMMENDATION - Apartment: 3 Dalewood

As a lessee of Pericles Partners Inc., on behalf of our group I strongly recommend them as superb landlords for McMaster University Student Housing. Our group of 8 has been at 3 Dalewood Crescent for over one year, now into a 2nd year. Sam Chakraborty and his handyman Sylvain Fanor maintain the property, and we have not had any problems that have not been fixed within 24 to 48 hours at no expense to us. Besides, Sam has made himself available to be contacted on demand, responding extremely quickly to our needs.

In contrast to the houses I have rented & visited in the Queens University area & those I have often visited around McMaster, the properties owned by Pericles Partners Inc. are by far the nicest, cleanest, best-maintained student houses I have seen. Sam has made sure that our house, and my basement apartment has every safety apparatus required by Law, as well as those that aren't required, to put our mind at ease.

Our house was handed over to us in an extremely clean state, and as stated clearly in our lease is expected to be handed back by us to the next tenants in the same pristine condition. He maintains a clear & impressive lease with no confusion as to what is expected from him [landlord/lessor] and us [tenants/lessee], and he is very true to his word.

As a group of eight people at the property, we all are extremely pleased with the work of Sam Chakraborty and Pericles Partners Inc. We have been very lucky to have found this house & well-maintained property; with proven excellent landlord service; making living here hassle free.
