We unreservedly commend the dedication & outstanding quality of service delivered by Pericles Partners Inc., Landlord for our home at 298 Emerson Street, Hamilton. I was in a Group of 6 women leasing it 2004 – 07 while studying at McMaster University.
Sam Chakraborty (Landlord) always provided us with superlative service - assuring the house was clean, fully functional, and safe from the start of our Lease; and ensuring we were happy.
For our comfort, Sam provided us with a list of pre-approved repair-service contacts for a 24/7-service assurance. Items needing proactive or reactive fixing were handled without delays, hassles or excuses. Sam was quick to respond personally & confirm an action plan in writing, and in 24-48 hours ensured the problem was fixed.
Our stay for 3 years at the property was a truly happy experience, because we were fortunate to have had a strong positive working relationship with a competent, credible, and creditable landlord.
We moved into our house after one year at McMaster University residence, and did not move for the remaining three years of our degrees. That says a lot in itself. Had we been unhappy with the landlord & property, we could have easily left, but chose not to; since Pericles Partners Inc. (Landlord) exceeded our highest expectations (re. off campus student housing houses & apartments for group student house rent lease rentals in Westdale, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; exclusively by students registered at McMaster University).
