We were also carefully shown the proper operation of fire alarms, electrical panel, thermostat, etc. The appliances were all very reliable and the property was well maintained all summer long by Pericles Partners Inc. The large, bright rooms combined with the best location for McMaster University students make 3 Dalewood Cres, a premier rental property in Hamilton.

During my time at 3 Dalewood Cres, I also worked for Pericles Partners Inc. as a "McMaster University Student Rep". My duties included contacting potential lessees, showing the property, and answering any question they have about the property. I also helped with lessees signing of the lease where I witnessed Samir show the same dedication to the lessees full understanding of the lease and satisfaction of the property as I experienced.

Pericles Partners Inc. was always just an email or phone call away. This fast, personal service continued constantly throughout the whole term of our lease. No matter the problem, urgent or not, it was always addressed and rectified often on the same day, or next day. This was always done with little or no inconvenience placed on us, the lessees. The services were always done personally or by a professional and it was always followed up on to confirm it was done properly and to our satisfaction. It was obvious that Samir cared personally about our safety, happiness and general well being.
