As a past tenant at 215 Emerson St., Hamilton for four years, I recommend Samir Chakraborty as an excellent landlord. I was in a group of seven tenants {attending McMaster University} leasing the house continuously from Pericles Partners Inc.
Samir proved to be most responsive & responsible in dealing with any issues. He was easy to contact immediately via telephone for pressing issues, and very prompt and responsive with emails. When need for repairs arose, Samir acted immediately to deal with the matter. He drives to get issues resolved right away & normal status restored with absolutely minimal 'down-time'. His proven ability to professionally provide prompt & effective assistance, service, and repairs, are truly exceptional.
Samir is always courteous, very reasonable, and accommodating, and is willing to come on weekends to meet with his tenants at the house. Business is conducted face-to-face in an informal setting, where concerns & comments are solicited from tenants & made freely. Samir delivers compliance with the Lease & expects the same from his tenants.
We really appreciated the fact that Samir was always unambiguous, task oriented, and very transparent; including the Lease Contract, the leasing process, house inspections etc. We had complete clarity as to our responsibilities & legal obligations in the Lease.
