This recommendation is based on my experience while at McMaster University, living as a tenant & tenant-group leader at 215 Emerson St for 4 years: May 1, 2003 to April 30, 2007. During our four full years as tenants at 215 Emerson, Samir and Pericles Partners Inc dealt with my housemates and myself professionally and with unparalleled dedication. The level of service supplied to us by Pericles was excellent and without compare. Any problems both routine and emergency were handled 24/7 - very promptly and efficiently; such as replacement of a leaking hot water boiler done in 24 hours. Pericles Partners paid for any routine maintenance and we were always informed in advance by e-mail when Samir or a Pericles associate would be onsite.

Pericles always conducted business in a professional manner - delivering responsive, reliable, and prompt 24/7 service; with unfailing respect for the privacy of the tenants & their visitors.

Pericles Partners worked with our group to provide us with the best possible leasing experience (re. off campus student housing houses & apartments for group student house rent lease rentals in Westdale, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; exclusively by students registered at McMaster University). They gave us a fully featured home with - many conveniences, energy efficiency, proper notice before any visits, provided many upgrades to the property (including new flooring, new washer and dryer units, roofing and many others) at no charge the tenants. Additionally, throughout our tenancy at 215 Emerson, Pericles Partners did not raise the rent, as they were entitled to.

Pericles always dealt with us in a straightforward, up-front, factual manner - from the very detailed and fully transparent lease & leasing process, to our face-to-face contacts, to the e-mail updates throughout the years. We never had any doubts as to what was expected of both parties.

Pericles invests in high quality properties and is willing to invest in their homes as well as in their tenants. They are a truly exceptional company, successfully focused on developing a healthy relationship with their customers (tenants), which allows both parties to benefit.
