Students alone decide & live with trusted group-mates: no random people in houses or apartments. Landlord does not decide house mates.
• Group-Lease: 'Lessee' is a Group of one or more McMaster University Students.
• Lease-Term is 12-months: Noon 1st May to 30th April.
• Rent: $385 per member per month ($2310* per month for Group)
