• Group-Lease: 'Lessee' is a Group (aka Tenant) who legally Lease the entire Property.
• Lease-Term is 12-months: Noon 1st May to Noon 30th April.
• Lease-Rent: $385 per group-member per month (= $1925* per month for the Group)
*Group-Rent excludes all utilities. NO rentals of rooms & NO individual leases.
