Note: Lessee a.k.a Tenant --- is ONE legal unit of legally 'related parties' acting as a legal 'single family unit' --- because they are unconditionally & irrevocably bound together jointly & severally responsible & liable for sharing ALL liabilities in Lease & for the leased Property --- legal, financial, rents, costs, housekeeping, maintenance, by law compliance, invitees & residency, damages, deficiencies etc; and are the sole 'mind & management' of the leased Property over which they have sole legal 'possession & control' for the duration of the Lease Term. NO individual student has any individual contract with Lessor, nor has any legal & tenancy rights; all rights accrue to the student by virtue of membership in the Group a.k.a Lessee, Tenant.
